Now that you can export the banners you created with Creatopy to SWF files, you might want to play them independently of your browser.

The first thing you can think of is to download Adobe Flash Player. But since you used Creatopy, that means you already have the flash player installed. However Adobe Flash Player won’t solve your problem, as it still uses a browser to play SWF files, and you need a player that would play the SWFs independently, right?

Don’t search for “adobe swf player” as you will get this page. Dead end.

However, Adobe has indeed such a SWF player, but, for our confusion (I had to ask my workmates from the flash department where can I find it), it is rather hard to find. It’s called Adobe Flash Player Projector Content Debugger (oh…) or Adobe Standalone Flash Player.

There you go! Now you can play your SWF files as easily as viewing a GIF file.

    Thank you all so much for this SA version. I have said for FLASH when i have seen it for a first time: this is not internet technology. It is cartoon. What is a market as well.
    And now, 10 years later when the crap is almoust forbiden by law because of bandwith and other issues, i had to play some important .swf files.
    I was impossible! Damn Adobe throws you a page start talking BS about some IE i have lefted a decade ago. I dont care how u call it today, 10 or 11 or what ever. Dead is Dead.
    So THANK YOU AGAIN for having this only working SA Flash player, the help u provide for some of use is beyond words.

    BTW, i shared some nice words to Adobe “helpdesk” as well…the use to be leaders in high tech software.
    Now, at 2017, regardless of browser u use – the web site starts wit Hallo IE user!
    Unreal.
